Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive models to analyze voter behaviour and election outcomes using Python and machine learning techniques.
- Develop and maintain robust SQL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources.
- Conduct statistical analyses and create visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Lead measurement and reporting of campaign progress, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data science, with strong programming skills in Python.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and data visualisation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in a political or campaign environment is an advantage.
