We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Marketing Associate to strengthen Gravity Co.’s online presence across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and property listing platforms. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in OTA management, who combines a commercial mindset with creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise OTA channels (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) to maximise occupancy and visibility.
  • Maintain and improve property listings on platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and SpareRoom with a focus on quality and conversion.
  • Identify and onboard new OTA, travel agent and listing partners to expand reach and secure group bookings.
  • Develop and maintain commercial partnerships that enhance Gravity Co.’s value proposition for members and tenants.
  • Analyse performance data and create reports on OTA and portal effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns, listings, and promotions.
  • Contribute to content and visual optimisation (in collaboration with creative teams) to strengthen listings and ads.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset: spotting opportunities, testing initiatives, and scaling what works.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing OTAs and property listing platforms.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to think entrepreneurially.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance data and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

  • Experience with partnerships or business development.
