With attractions such as e-karting, golf, virtual reality, pixel floors and darts. We're also home to the Heineken bar, a great place to play pool and watch sport. We’re excited to be recruiting a Team Member to join us in Gravity Max Stratford. The role of a Team Member FUN is what our brand is based on! Fun for our customers and a fun working environment for our team. The main role of a Team Member is to create an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, so we’re looking for a friendly, approachable team player who enjoys making people smile.
Creating a fun environment also means looking after the space in which you work, so attention to detail to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met is also a key part of the role, but don’t worry we provide full training on Gravity's ways of working and health and safety standards. If you can see yourself as our next Race Director on e-karts, greeting guests at check in, or serving behind one of our bars we’d love to hear from you.
