If so, you could be just the person we're looking for. Our ideal candidate has previous supervisory or team leader experience in a customer facing role. This could be in the hospitality or retail environment, or perhaps you have worked in leisure centres or health clubs. We're looking for a dedicated team player, who excels at delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the operational running of the site, ensuring a team focus on customer experience.
  • Responsible for the line management and performance of our Champions.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, by role modelling the business values and leadership behaviour framework.
  • Understanding site budgets.
  • Undertake an active role in supporting the management team on delivering the budget, through supporting planning, managing costs and helping to protect profit.
  • Uphold business standards relating to service, health and safety, brand and training.
