Are you an aspiring future leader? Have you improved ways of working in your current role? Are you eager to learn, develop and progress your career? If so, you could be just the person we\’re looking for. Our ideal candidate has previous supervisory or team leader experience in a customer facing role. This could be in the hospitality or retail environment, or perhaps you have worked in Leisure centres or Health clubs. We\’re looking for a dedicated team player, who excels at delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the operational running of the site, ensuring a team focus on customer experience.
  • Responsible for the line management and performance of our Champions.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, by role modelling the business values and leadership behaviour framework.
  • Understanding site budgets. Undertake an active role in supporting the management team on delivering the budget, through supporting planning, managing costs and helping to protect profit.
  • Uphold business standards relating to service, health and safety, brand and training.
