If so, you could be just the person we\’re looking for. Our ideal candidate has previous supervisory or team leader experience in a customer facing role. This could be in the hospitality or retail environment, or perhaps you have worked in Leisure centres or Health clubs. We\’re looking for a dedicated team player, who excels at delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for the operational running of the site, ensuring a team focus on customer experience.
- Responsible for the line management and performance of our Champions.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, by role modelling the business values and leadership behaviour framework.
- Understanding site budgets. Undertake an active role in supporting the management team on delivering the budget, through supporting planning, managing costs and helping to protect profit.
- Uphold business standards relating to service, health and safety, brand and training.
