Responsibilities
The role of a Marshall
- Our key to success is FUN! Create an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, so we’re looking for a friendly, approachable team player who enjoys making people smile.
- Help create a fun environment by looking after the space and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met; full training on Gravity’s ways of working and health and safety standards is provided.
- Demonstrate versatility by engaging in activities such as leading the next Gravity warm up, hosting a children’s party, greeting customers front of house or in our cafe.
