Your responsibilities

• Take the lead each day, orchestrating an unrivalled experience for our customers and your team
• Mentor, motivate, and shape your team for greatness through coaching, development, leading by example and having the highest standards
• Collaborate with senior managers and your team to create a fun work atmosphere whilst upholding the highest standards along the way.
• Protect the brand – working to ensure that the team lives up to the high standards we set ourselves, by ensuring you and the team meet all Safety, Security and Food Hygiene procedures.
• Elevate the dining experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout
• Comply with Sides Brand Standards to ensure that all food is delivered to the same high quality to each guest
• Comply with all Food Safety regulations
• Champion day‑to‑day operations with finesse ensuring that all store KPI targets are achieved and beyond
• Collaborate with the Gravity Max team to deliver group events across the site
• Responsibility for stock management throughout shift, including; par level adherence, wastage, stock rotation

Your experience

• Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified is desirable but not essential
• Previous experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Previous experience of lead a team is desirable, but not essential
• Has a good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
• Previous experience of delivering service in a guest facing environment
