Having fun matters, so we let the good times roll! We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Content Executive to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media management, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. This is a personality-led role. Experience is welcomed but not essential — confidence, creativity, and energy are key.
You will play a key role in developing engaging content, managing online platforms, and supporting Gravity’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The YouTube channel requires presenting live and pre-recorded video. You will work closely with the Marketing Department for this channel. This role is primarily remote, with regular travel to capture content for the brand, including events, corporate days, immersive experiences, and venue activations.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Film and photograph events, venues, and immersive experiences
- Customer engagement outside of Gravity locations to drive from outdoors in
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring teams, customers, and live events
- Write engaging captions and descriptions aligned with brand voice
- Maintain a consistent visual style and tone
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely professional manner
- Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Grow followers and engagement using trending content and hashtags
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with the management team on promotional strategies
- Help analyse social media metrics and campaign performance
- Suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and reach
- Support public relations initiatives linked to social media

- Fun, outgoing, and comfortable in lively environments
- Creative with strong visual storytelling skills
