Gravitiq is a private equity-backed consumer brand group building and scaling health and beauty brands into omnichannel category leaders. Our portfolio spans cosmetics, supplements, medical devices and wellness products across Amazon, retail and DTC globally. We are now entering the next phase of growth, focused on building the operational infrastructure required to scale with greater predictability, control and resilience. This role is central to that transition.
This role brings together Supply Chain, Product Development and Regulatory, Technology, and Customer Support into a single, high-performing system. You will translate ambitious growth plans into operational reality by building the structure, processes and capabilities required to support a multi-channel, international business. Working closely with Commercial, Brand and Finance, you will ensure plans are aligned, realistic and executable, improving how the business forecasts, prioritises and delivers.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set direction while staying close to execution, identifying issues early, challenging assumptions and driving consistent delivery. We are looking for someone who has built operational foundations during scale, not just managed established systems.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Strategy and Execution: Build scalable operating frameworks, planning rhythms and performance tracking to improve predictability and reduce firefighting. Drive cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Brand and Operations to ensure plans are deliverable and targets are met. Translate growth ambition into clear operational plans with strong execution discipline.
- Supply Chain and Operations: Own the end-to-end supply chain including sourcing, manufacturing, planning, logistics and inventory. Improve forecast accuracy, product availability and working capital efficiency. Lead supplier strategy to improve reliability, resilience and cost efficiency. Ensure operational readiness for US retail and international expansion.
- Product Development and Regulatory: Oversee end-to-end product development and packaging delivery. Improve timelines, predictability and execution discipline across NPD. Embed cost and margin discipline into development decisions. Build scalable regulatory and compliance frameworks across markets.
