  • Optimize inventory to balance service levels and working capital.
  • Analyse sales trends to anticipate supply risks and adjust plans proactively.
  • Manage lifecycle inventory, including launches, promotions, and discontinuations.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to communicate production forecasts and packaging requirements.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure supplier performance meets timelines and quality expectations.
  • Support cost optimization through better planning and supplier collaboration.
  • Ensure on-time, compliant delivery to major retail partners.
  • Collaborate with 3PL and logistics teams to resolve fulfilment issues.
  • Monitor retail KPIs such as OTIF, case fill rate, and lead time, and implement corrective actions.

  • Proven experience managing fulfilment for major retailers (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, Sephora).
  • Experience managing multi-channel supply operations (e-commerce + retail).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply/demand planning.
  • Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
