We are looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to join our growing team for 3-6 months. This is a hands-on, learning-rich role at the centre of creative planning and project delivery. You will support the team in keeping creative workflows running smoothly, helping produce great work on time and on brand. You will work closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams across a range of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations and Administrative Support
    • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the creative team
    • Help track follow-ups, internal to-dos, and project-related action items
    • Assist with organising documents, links, notes, and key business information
    • Help manage the creative team’s task tracking – assigning, prioritising, and following up on tasks
  • Project and Workflow Support
    • Support the end-to-end creative planning process for projects such as packaging design, e-content, and campaigns
    • Help build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers
    • Assist with capacity planning and workload tracking across creative projects
    • Flag bottlenecks or blockers and help implement simple, practical solutions
  • Creative and Brand Support
    • Assist with creative research, visual references, moodboards, and presentation decks
    • Support brand, content, and presentation-related tasks across active projects and initiatives
    • Help keep internal creative assets and files organised and easy to find
  • General Team Support
    • Provide flexible support across marketing, creative, and operations needs as they come up
    • Help keep workflows organised and moving efficiently
    • Troubleshoot small issues quickly and professionally
    • Support the development of SOPs, resource documents, and filing systems for creative materials

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a creative operations, project coordination, or similar role
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar (essential)
  • Comfortable setting up and maintaining filing systems and folder structures to keep things organised
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Slack, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Clear communicator who works well across teams, both in writing and in person
  • Positive, flexible attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within beauty or consumer goods
