Gravitee is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own post-sales success for enterprise accounts. You will guide customers from onboarding to production, drive adoption, and grow usage across API, event, and AI networks.
You’ll deliver strategic roadmaps, perform quarterly business reviews, and champion customer value with Product and Engineering. The role requires hands-on platform depth (APIs, Docker, Kubernetes) and security fluency (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT).
