We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, shaping strategy, driving execution, and influencing the roadmap for a core part of Gravitee’s product suite.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for your area, aligning with Gravitee’s strategy.
  • Leading product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data‐driven analysis.
  • Translating strategy into actionable requirements, epics, and user stories with clear success metrics.
  • Partnering with engineering and design to deliver high‐impact, high‐quality features.
  • Prioritising initiatives by balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and scalability.
  • Driving go‐to‐market planning with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring usability, performance, and developer experience.
  • Defining and reporting on OKRs/KPIs, using data to guide continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with enterprise SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable working with engineers, architecture discussions, and scalability trade‐offs.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex features end‐to‐end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate insights into successful product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from engineers to executives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
  • Data‐driven decision maker: comfortable defining, tracking, and reporting product KPIs.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...), microservices, or event‐driven architectures.
  • Exposure to API management, security‐first product design, or regulated industries.
  • Previous experience in a scale‐up or high‐growth environment.
