We're hiring a Field Marketing Associate to support regional event and demand generation execution across APAC. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you'll be the operational engine behind our APAC field programs, partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and regional agencies to make sure every program is well-run and every lead gets followed up on.

A core part of this role is learning to connect execution to pipeline. You won't just run logistics — you'll track who showed up, what happened after, and whether it turned into pipeline, building the instincts of a field marketer who thinks in outcomes, not just checklists.

As our Field Marketing Associate, you will support the full lifecycle of APAC field programs — from event logistics and vendor coordination to lead capture, reporting, and Sales follow-up. This is a hands-on, execution-first role built for someone early in their field marketing career who wants to grow into owning their own regional patch.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives on details other people miss, and is energized by the pace of events and regional markets. This is a rare opportunity to build a field marketing career inside a fast-scaling category leader, with a clear growth path into regional ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate logistics for APAC events, conferences, and dinners: venue booking, vendor coordination, shipping, signage, and on-site setup.
  • Support on-site execution, including registration, booth management, and attendee experience.
  • Maintain the APAC event calendar and keep all program details, timelines, and budgets up to date.
  • Own accurate lead capture at every program and ensure leads are logged and routed correctly.
  • Support the post-event follow-up process with Sales and SDRs, tracking response rates and flagging gaps.
  • Help build simple reporting on attendance, lead volume, and program follow-through by region.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with regional vendors, venues, and production partners.
  • Track program spend against budget and flag discrepancies early.
  • Source and coordinate swag, collateral, and on-site materials for APAC markets.
  • Support the Field Marketing Manager in localizing campaigns and messaging for APAC audiences.
  • Coordinate with Demand Generation on pre- and post-event promotion and nurture.
  • Build relationships with regional Sales teams to understand account priorities and event needs.
  • Compile post-event recaps covering attendance, spend, and lead outcomes.
  • Flag what worked and what didn't at each program to help refine future planning.

Your impact will be visible, measurable, and global.

Essential Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technical industry.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially under the time pressure of live events.
  • Comfortable managing multiple vendors, timelines, and budgets at once.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM or marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and external vendors.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within APAC for on-site event support.
  • A learning mindset: eager to build toward owning a regional field marketing strategy over time.

  • Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion.
  • Value a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source, but curiosity matters most.
