The DNA: We hire "Hold Nothing Back" individuals - passionate professionals who want to redefine how the world interacts with technology.

The Role: The Director of Enablement & Performance will own and execute a cross-functional enablement strategy focused on driving measurable improvements in performance at every level. You’ll work across departments to ensure every team has the skills, tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional results. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with strong partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Performance Through Enablement: Design and implement a unified enablement strategy that elevates performance across all departments. Partner with functional leaders to understand performance gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions that move the needle.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Build scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time to performance for new hires across all teams. Ensure onboarding is role-specific, data-informed, and outcome-driven.
  • Knowledge & Content Enablement: Develop and maintain a central knowledge ecosystem that enables on-demand learning and performance support. Ensure documentation and training content are aligned with business goals and updated regularly.
  • Product Enablement: Lead the enablement strategy for product releases, ensuring all teams can effectively position, support, and use new features to drive customer and business success. Translate product complexity into clear, impactful training that improves product fluency and usage across functions.
  • Skill Development & Coaching: Build programs that develop core competencies and functional excellence—selling skills, product knowledge, customer communication, technical proficiency, and more. Partner with team leads to implement scalable coaching frameworks that reinforce learning and performance growth.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, customer satisfaction, support resolution rates). Continuously assess impact of enablement programs and optimize based on performance data and feedback.

Essential Skills:

  • 7+ years in enablement, performance improvement, learning & development, or GTM operations, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions.
  • Experience partnering with both go-to-market and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience building content, onboarding flows, or enablement systems (even at small scale).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills, you’re able to influence without formal authority.
  • Data-first mindset; experience setting and using KPIs and feedback loops to measure and improve impact.
  • Builder mentality, comfortable owning projects end-to-end, working through ambiguity, and iterating fast.

Who Thrives Here: Our growth is powered by people who bring passion to their craft, professionalism to their execution, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Care deeply about high-quality output and brand clarity.
  • Are curious, adaptable, and energized by the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion.
  • Value a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution.

Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS, AI-enabled systems, or open-source communities is a plus, but a "growth mindset" and curiosity matter most.
