As our Business Development Representative for APAC, you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences. Reporting to our BDR Manager and working with a global team of 12 BDRs, you’ll play a key role in creating the first conversations that turn prospects into new Gravitee customers. We’re growing quickly, so it’s fast-paced, fun, and highly rewarding. Supported by our proprietary GTM Engineering engine, you'll spend less time on manual admin and more time having high-intent, human conversation about the next era of API and AI Agent management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with our GTM Engineers to build automated, personalised and compelling outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
  • Use AI-enabled sales and marketing platforms such as Clay, HeyReach, Smartlead and Salesfinity to improve targeting, scale outreach and maximise your effectiveness.
  • Respond quickly to inbound enquiries from marketing campaigns, qualifying interest and turning strong leads into meaningful sales opportunities.
  • Speak with a wide range of prospects and stakeholders within our ideal customer profile, uncovering their pain points, priorities and buying motivations.
  • Continuously test new messaging, outbound sequences and calling techniques to increase engagement and drive as many qualified meetings as possible.
  • Build your social presence and become a trusted, go-to resource for prospects in your market.
  • Share valuable market and prospect insights with the wider GTM team to help improve our overall go-to-market motion.
  • Work closely with Product and Sales to keep building your product knowledge and deepen your understanding of our customers’ challenges.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of BDR experience in a high growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally selling a technical product.
  • Growth Mindset - strong belief your abilities, intelligence and talents will be developed through effort, persistence and learning.
  • Cold calling master - enjoy picking up the phone speaking to prospects and improving your conversion rate every day.
  • Technology and AI Curiosity: have an interest and some hands on experience using the latest AI and prospecting tools to improve your results.
