As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering teams building the next generation of API infrastructure. You will mentor engineers and foster a collaborative environment rooted in our core values and technical best practices. You will partner with Product, Architecture, and Support teams to translate product vision into scalable, high-performance architecture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Bridge Potential: Proactively identify skill gaps and curate coaching/training opportunities to elevate individual and collective technical excellence.
  • Mission Alignment: Synchronise team objectives with broader product and enterprise goals to ensure every sprint delivers tangible business value.
  • Project Ownership: Drive the end-to-end execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising on high-quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate bottlenecks, resource constraints, and technical risks before they impact delivery.
  • Future-Proof Architecture: Set the technical direction for scalable, maintainable software while enforcing rigorous coding standards and best practices.
  • AI-Augmented Engineering: Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development leveraging coding assistants, automated testing, and intelligent workflows to 10x team efficiency.
  • Security & Performance: Maintain a relentless focus on platform security, performance, and compliance, ensuring a 'zero-defect' mindset across the lifecycle.

Your impact will be visible, measurable, and global.
