Role Overview

Join Gravitee and be part of a global force recognised as a 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for API Management. We are hiring a Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive measurable revenue growth as we scale rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all digital demand‑generation efforts across technical audiences.
  • Build scalable programs that attract, convert, and nurture audiences across paid, SEO, AEO, automation, and web channels.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing digital marketing team.
  • Define KPIs and performance frameworks to measure effectiveness across the funnel.
  • Implement multi‑channel demand‑generation programs that drive SQLs and qualified pipeline.
  • Oversee paid acquisition across search, display, social, retargeting, intent platforms, and ABM tools.
  • Work with GTM engineering to implement intent‑based and account‑centric digital programs.
  • Partner with product marketing to define and create assets for the entire funnel and maximise digital distribution.
  • Oversee email marketing, journey building, lead scoring and behavioural nurture flows.
  • Ensure integration and optimisation of Martech stack (HubSpot, Clay, etc.).
  • Own website strategy and performance, including UX, conversion paths and technical SEO.
  • Lead continuous A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Leverage AI tools, automations and agents to accelerate campaign buildout, attribution, insights and ROI.

Essential Skills

  • 7‑10+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of digital funnel optimisation, demand gen and revenue‑driven marketing.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, engineers, IT, product teams).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, marketing automation and web strategy.
  • Proven track record scaling digital programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools to drive efficiency, speed and scale.
