The Role

AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Account Manager EMEA South you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI‑driven digital experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across the EMEA South.
  • Manage overall renewal process.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally.
  • Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long‑term business goals.
  • Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
  • Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Professionally bi‑lingual in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business‑value focus.
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven by outcomes.
