The Mission: We are bridging the gap between traditional tech and the new frontier of AI Security.

The Momentum: We combine the credibility of a market leader with the high-octane speed of a startup.

The DNA: We hire "Hold Nothing Back" individuals - passionate professionals who want to redefine how the world interacts with technology.

The Role: AI is reshaping how organizations build, ship, and scale digital products and APIs are the connective tissue that makes it possible. As a Human Resources Manager (EMEA), you'll play a critical role in shaping the "strong foundation" of our people operations across Europe. You will act as the assertive, local partner to the VP of People, ensuring our EMEA team is a robust driver of Gravitee's competitive advantage during a critical phase of global scale.

What You'll Be Doing: At Grav, impact isn't abstract - it's visible and global. In this role, you will:

  • VP Collaboration: Partner deeply with the VP of People to implement global initiatives and ensure regional EMEA needs are reflected in our broader strategy.
  • Leadership Enablement: Work alongside the CEO and EMEA executives to provide thoughtful, data-driven people guidance that empowers managers at all levels.
  • EMEA Compliance & Risk: Oversee regional HR specialists, including our HR Partner (France), to ensure zero-lag execution on complex labor laws and regional compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the end-to-end People operations for EMEA, applying a continuous-improvement mindset to simplify workflows and enhance the employee lifecycle.
  • Culture & Experience Integration: Guide our global wellness and engagement initiatives in EMEA, ensuring they are seamlessly woven into the operational rhythm of the business.

Your impact will be visible, measurable, and global.

Essential Skills:

  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven experience working as a trusted second-in-command to a VP or Head of People in a fast-paced environment.
  • EMEA HR Expertise: A deep understanding of UK employment law and the ability to oversee complex European labour relations (e.g., France).
  • Communication & Partnership: The ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism, building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Operational Mindset: Experience in building scalable HR processes and a curiosity about using AI or automation to improve efficiency.
  • Sound Judgment: Calmness and fairness when handling sensitive employee relations or performance matters.
  • The "French Bonus": Previous experience with French labor law and French language skills are highly desirable to support our specialist EMEA compliance shield.

Who Thrives Here: Our growth is powered by people who bring passion to their craft, professionalism to their execution, and a commitment to excellence. You'll thrive here if you:

  • Care deeply about high-quality output and brand clarity.
  • Are curious, adaptable, and energized by the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion.
  • Value a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution.
  • Bonus points if you've worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source, but curiosity matters most.
