Gravitee is looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed Performance Enablement Manager to help us improve how our go-to-market teams ramp, execute, and grow. This is a builder role; you’ll be the first dedicated enablement hire, designing systems, playbooks, and onboarding programs that drive measurable performance across Sales, CS, Support, and Product Marketing.
If you’re excited about creating structure from scratch, using tooling and data to scale impact, and helping people perform at their best, this could be the role for you.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a highly visible and collaborative leadership role. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure every team has the skills, tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional results. Our growth demands consistency, clarity, and speed to impact - this role exists to make performance scalable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and run onboarding programs for Sales, CS, and Support teams (and others as needed)
- Build enablement content, knowledge hubs, and self-service systems to scale learning
- Partner with GTM leaders to identify performance gaps and address them with structured interventions
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits that reinforce Gravitee’s GTM processes
- Track and report on enablement outcomes (e.g. ramp time, time-to-productivity, retention, engagement)
- Be the connective tissue across RevOps, Product, and GTM to drive process clarity and performance
- Use automation, AI tools, and smart workflows to punch above your weight as a team of one
Essential Skills
- 5+ years in enablement, performance improvement, learning and development, or GTM operations, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions
- Experience partnering with both go-to-market and technical teams
- Hands-on experience building content, onboarding flows, or enablement systems (even at small scale)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills; you’re able to influence without formal authority
- Data-first mindset; experience setting and using KPIs and feedback loops to measure and improve impact
- Builder mentality; comfortable owning projects end-to-end, working through ambiguity, and iterating fast
Who Thrives Here
Our growth is powered by people who bring passion to their craft, professionalism to their execution, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll thrive here if you:
- Care deeply about high-quality output and brand clarity
- Are curious, adaptable, and energized by the fast-moving AI landscape
- Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion
- Value a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution
Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS, AI-enabled systems, or open-source communities is a plus, but a growth mindset and curiosity matter most.
