Gravitee is a 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, on a mission to govern the world's intelligence. We deliver the industry's most advanced platform for Any API, Any Event, and Any AI Agent, trusted by global leaders like Michelin, Roche, and Blue Yonder.

The Role

AI and automation are reshaping how modern finance teams operate. At Gravitee, we're looking for a strategic finance operator who can combine strong FP&A and finance transformation capability with modern automation and AI tooling. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Finance focused on scaling and automating finance workflows, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making in a high-growth environment. You’ll partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help build a more intelligent, scalable finance function for the future.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You won't just use QBO, Hubspot, Cledara, HiBob, TriNet and Tipalti; you'll weave them together into a seamless, automated ecosystem.
  • You’ll lead the design and deployment of finance systems from the ground up moving beyond advising to real-world execution.
  • You will deploy hands-on AI and automation into real finance workflows, from streamlining Quote-to-Cash to globalising payroll via TriNet and HiBob.
  • You're fluent in the TA and Ops/data hybrid: FP&A, R2R, funnel diagnostics, and partnering with RevOps/FP&A to forecast and drive decisions.
  • Partner with our CFOs, founders, or operators on scaling finance in high-growth environments.
  • You’ll partner effortlessly with Engineering and Data teams to ensure finance is never a bottleneck.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience deploying AI or automation directly into production finance workflows.
  • Strong strategic finance, FP&A, finance systems, commercial finance, or finance transformation experience within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience owning finance programs and delivering end-to-end systems implementations.
  • Capable of building FP&A model and preparing quarterly board updates.
  • Hands-on experience with modern finance products.
  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance experience preferred.
  • You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable implementing automation workflows and leveraging modern tooling to improve finance operations.

Who Thrives Here

Our growth is powered by people who bring passion to their craft, professionalism to their execution, and a commitment to excellence. You'll thrive here if you:

  • Care deeply about high-quality output and brand clarity.
  • Are curious, adaptable, and energized by the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion.
  • Value a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution.
