What the job involves

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across the EMEA North
  • Manage overall renewal process
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally
  • Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long‑term business goals
  • Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement
