Join a forward-thinking UK-based consultancy that’s rapidly making a name for itself in Financial Performance Management and Business Intelligence. With a thriving CCH Tagetik practice, they’re helping ambitious organisations transform how they manage Financial Close, Consolidation, FP&A, ESG, and Regulatory Reporting.
Now, they’re looking for a Principal EPM Consultant with a strong focus on Consolidation to help deliver complex, high-impact solutions—and shape the future of their growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging finance transformation programmes, work closely with senior stakeholders, and influence key outcomes across a range of sectors.
You’ll take ownership of complex consolidation projects, advise clients on strategic decisions, and help build out the consultancy’s delivery capability. As the practice grows, so will your role. You’ll play an active part in mentoring others, growing teams, and shaping best practices—cementing yourself as a trusted expert in one of the market’s fastest-growing Tagetik environments.
You’ll bring prior Tagetik experience, ideally with exposure to Consolidation or Financial Close workstreams. Your mindset is proactive, collaborative, and independent—you enjoy solving problems, creating structure out of complexity, and helping clients make informed decisions. You’re curious, ambitious, and hungry to keep learning and pushing forward, both technically and professionally. Whether or not you’ve formally led teams, you naturally elevate those around you and take pride in driving high standards.
In return, you’ll be rewarded with a base salary of £85,000 and an uncapped, performance-based quarterly bonus typically ranging from £10,000 to £15,000. The working model is hybrid and comes with a generous benefits package including 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays), private medical cover, a 4% pension contribution, long-term sickness cover, and a death-in-service policy.
Most importantly, the consultancy is committed to your growth, offering deep investment in training, professional development, and a transparent path to leadership. This is more than just another consulting role. It’s a chance to shape your career in an environment that prioritises impact over ego, and progress over politics. If you’re ready to grow, lead, and make a real difference—apply now.
