Business Advisory: We support SMEs and owner‑managed businesses (OMBs) with high‑value tax matters, including corporate tax, international issues, and M&A.
Strategic Planning: We help entrepreneurs and HNWIs proactively manage IHT, CGT, property, and general tax planning.
Collaborative Success: We work alongside the Gravitate Corporate Finance team to deliver integrated advice on valuations, fundraising, and ownership transitions. Our strong referral scheme and 30%+ year‑on‑year growth over the last five years means we’re looking for exceptional people to join us.
What's the job? Providing senior-level, proactive tax advice across all areas affecting OMBs and private clients. Overseeing complex advisory work, including restructuring, employee incentives, share schemes, property structuring, succession/exit planning, and IHT advice (Trusts, Estates & FICs). Managing HMRC enquiries and technical risk. Supporting and mentoring a growing technical team. Refining and expanding Gravitate’s tax offering and contributing to group‑wide strategy.
We are looking for a commercially minded Tax Adviser with 3+ years of post-qualified experience (CTA/ACA/ACCA) in a senior advisory capacity. Proven experience advising OMBs across corporate, personal, and shareholder tax matters. An entrepreneurial mindset motivated by building long‑term value rather than just processing files. A natural client relationship owner and team mentor who can drive commercial growth. Someone driven by strong values who loves to collaborate with others.
Remuneration
- Competitive senior-level salary: £45k to £65k depending on experience.
- Performance-related bonus: Transparent scheme reflecting both individual output against benchmarks and collective team success.
