Technical Product Manager (AI Enablement) London (Hybrid, 2 days/week) The Role Join an AI Enablement team driving safe, scalable adoption of AI-native tools and agentic workflows across product and engineering. You'll shape how teams adopt AI responsibly — building the platforms, frameworks and practices that make it stick. What You'll Do Act as the internal voice of engineering, product and security teams, surfacing AI needs and friction points Shape AI platform strategy with technology leadership — covering AI-assisted code review, test generation, documentation and internal AI agents Own and deliver the AI enablement roadmap, balancing user needs with governance Partner with security, compliance and architecture to keep AI adoption safe and scalable Build playbooks and training to drive adoption, and report on impact to stakeholders What We're Looking For Experience managing technical products (developer tools, ML/AI systems, automation platforms) Strong grasp of the SDLC, DevOps/SRE practices and engineering delivery Ability to translate technical opportunities into business value Strong stakeholder alignment skills; comfortable balancing speed with governance If you're interested, please apply here or email c.given@gravitasgroup.com
