\nTechnical Lead sought by leading Fintech organisation based in central London.
\n* Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager
\n* Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
\n* Strong AWS and distributed systems knowledge
\n* Experience building and operating high-volume platforms
\n* Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions
\n* Strong product mindset with the ability to balance customer value and technical quality
\n* Fintech, banking, payments, savings, wealth, digital experience
\n* Knowledge of regulated environments
\n* Experience implementing AI developer tooling
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role combining technical strategy, architecture, engineering leadership and product partnership.
