We’re partnering with a fast‑growing digital consultancy seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of high‑impact, outcome‑driven projects across a varied client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, where analysis directly influences delivery. Projects typically cover business improvement, AI enablement, automation, systems integration, and bespoke digital solutions, with a strong focus on practical implementation rather than long, drawn‑out programmes.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll lead discovery, shape clear requirements, and work closely with delivery teams to turn ideas into actionable outcomes. You’ll also be encouraged to use AI tools thoughtfully to improve insight, quality, and efficiency - enhancing analysis rather than replacing it. Key responsibilities:

- 3–6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst

- Comfortable using AI tools in a business analysis context
- Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge constructively
