(Urgent Search) Civica CX Configuration Specialist

Civica CX | Customisation | Configuration | Implementation | Social HousingCivica CX Configuration consultants required, to help a social housing provider with the implementation of all modules. This person doesn’t need to know all modules, as they’ll be joining a team of technical resource as well as PM/BA resource.The role can either be a 2 year FTC to see the implementation from start to finish, or a Permanent role.Role: Civica CX Configuration ConsultantSalary: £Negotiable – organisation are willing to hear what people have been paid for that current roles and offer an attractive salary in response. Confirmation of salary expectations will be determined pre-interviewLocation: Remote with occasional travel during key stages of the implementationSector: Social HousingThe essential skills & experience for this role are:Proven experience working with Civica CX Strong understanding of Civica CX configuration and setup.Experience in customer-facing roles, providing consultation and solution delivery.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and technical issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of system integrations and workflows.This organisation are right at the start of the process, making this a fantastic chance for someone to see this project through from inception to go-live.
