Our Technology recruitment teams are looking for highly-driven individuals with high aspirations, who have the resilience required to be successful in recruitment.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source mid-senior candidates within Insurance, Banking, or Technology by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs.
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer.
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships.
- Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities.
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success.
