Overview
Social Housing Technology & Transformation Recruitment Team Lead – Total Mobile Systems Manager. This is a permanent role for a large social housing provider. The successful candidate will take ownership of the system and act as the main point of contact for the business. The organisation is investing heavily in technology and is looking to capitalise on the latest tech Total Connect.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Total Mobile systems, including Total Connect where applicable.
- Act as the main point of contact (POC) for the business regarding Total Mobile systems.
- Support and contribute to the organisation’s technology investments and transformation initiatives.
Essential skills
- Total Mobile systems experience – ideally across Total Connect (this is not essential).
- Hands-on customization/configuration experience.
- Leadership experience – can have acted as the most senior member of a systems team, rather than specifically having line management responsibility.
