Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Total Connect Consultant to join our IT team for a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising Total Connect solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Total Connect solutions for clients.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimise system performance and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Total Connect Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Total Connect software and integration processes.
• Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant IT certifications related to Total Connect or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
