We are partnering with a SaaS provider in the insurance space who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a growing team delivering software solutions to clients. This role would suit someone with 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing Business Analyst, Technical BA or implementation-focused role, who enjoys gathering requirements, solving problems and turning business needs into practical system solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, define solutions and oversee delivery through configuration and implementation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analysis, stakeholder engagement and hands-on solution delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather, clarify and document client requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional solutions and configuration changes
  • Support as-is / to-be analysis and process mapping
  • Manage implementations through to delivery, ensuring work is completed to specification
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate delivery and resolve issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Support problem solving across complex client scenarios
  • Escalate issues where required and help drive projects forward
  • Contribute to a high-quality customer experience through structured, solution-focused delivery

What we’re looking for

We are interested in candidates with experience in client-facing Business Analysis, software implementation, consulting or solution delivery environments. You will bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Technical BA, Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into clear solutions
  • Strong client-facing or customer-facing communication skills
  • A structured and logical approach to problem solving
  • Experience managing work through a delivery lifecycle
  • The ability to work across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A track record of seeing work through to completion
  • Experience working with a client facing role (e.g. SaaS, consulting etc)

Experience within insurance would be beneficial, but is not essential.
