We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in social care systems to support the configuration and enhancement of a new Social Care Finance system, within a local government environment.
The role will require the successful candidate to take the lead in gathering and analysing complex requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, including social workers, senior management, non-technical staff, and IT teams. You must have extensive experience with gap analysis in large-scale systems and the ability to translate business needs into functional system specifications.
A key aspect of this role is hands-on configuration of social care case management systems, with a strong preference for prior experience in platforms such as Mosaic, LiquidLogic, CareFirst, or Eclipse.

- Strong requirement gathering experience
- Strong experience conducted gap analysis
- Strong experience configuring social care case management systems (Mosaic, LiquidLogic, Care First, Eclipse)
- Excellent stakeholder management experience (ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements and liaising with non-technical staff, social workers, technical IT staff and senior management).
- Experience implementing and configuring social care finance systems.
- Experience and existing relationships with key social care case management suppliers (Access Group, OLM, LiquidLogic/System C).
