Gravitas Group is proud to partner with a leading UK Housing Association seeking a Financial Modelling Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll lead a team of 4 Finance Analysts and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic and business support.
• Coordinate financial, performance, and ad-hoc reports for internal boards and committees.
• Manage and develop a team of up to 4 Finance Analysts.
• Lead the development and maintenance of financial appraisal models for new investments.
• Maintain and update financial models/systems for strategy, planning, and performance.
• Oversee procurement and implementation of new financial systems.
• Manage financial risk exposure and recommend mitigating measures.
• Deputise for the Head of Finance when required.

Essential Experience

• Strong finance and accounting background in social housing, construction, and residential property development.
• Expertise in audit, management reporting, and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and working knowledge of SQL.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a small team.
