We are partnering with a transport organisation seeking an Ancillary Revenue Manager to identify, shape and help deliver new revenue streams across the customer journey. This is not a traditional pricing or yield management role. The team already has analytical and revenue trading support in place. The focus of this role is on commercial innovation: finding opportunities, building propositions, and helping deliver incremental revenue through products, partnerships and new customer offers. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who combines commercial curiosity, creativity and numerical confidence, and enjoys turning ideas into practical revenue-generating initiatives.
What you’ll deliver:
- Identify and develop new ancillary revenue opportunities across stations, retail, onboard and wider customer touchpoints
- Build commercial propositions for new products, services, partnerships or channels
- Translate insight, data and market context into clear business cases
- Maintain a pipeline of initiatives, prioritising the strongest commercial opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to test, refine and support implementation of new ideas
- Present recommendations credibly to senior stakeholders and build support for change
What we’re looking for:
- Experience creating or growing new revenue streams, ancillary products, partnerships or commercial propositions
- Strong commercial awareness and a business development mindset
- Numerate and comfortable using data and insight to assess opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Clear and confident communication, including presenting proposals to senior audiences
- Strong prioritisation and project management skills
- Customer-centric judgement, balancing revenue opportunity with customer experience
- Experience in commercial B2C environments such as aviation, airports, transport, retail, hospitality, consumer brands, or similar
- Degree or demonstrable relevant experience
Interested? If you want to shape how ancillary revenue grows across a major customer network, we’d love to hear from you.
