Overview

We’re partnering with a university that is ambitious and working on exciting projects. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team of SITS, Salesforce, and integration specialists with a genuine appetite for cross‑skilling and modernising processes.

Typical SITS Roles

• BAU-heavy, little influence, repetitive support work
• Project-heavy but siloed with little say in system direction

This role is neither.

Responsibilities

• Own two of the rarest, most career-accelerating parts of SITS: StuTalk and complex SAM integrations
• Work beyond SITS to broaden your enterprise systems skillset by working side‑by‑side with specialists in C# and Azure Integration
• Influence the roadmap, not just deliver what you’re told, as the role sits at the intersection of business analysis and development work
• Shine in a role where your expertise is valued and your influence is real, shaping the future of the university’s student systems

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a SITS Developer: SRLs, Tasks, Vistas, Workflows, Rulesets
• Experience with StuTalk integration
• Strong communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Confident working directly with business areas, including BAs and SMEs to translate requirements into SITS configurations
• Experience with finance systems
• Experience with SITS SAM
• Exposure to student finance integrations or data feeds
