We're looking for an experienced Technology Perm recruiter to join one of our highest performing teams across Gravitas globally - The Perm Technology Team. Led by our very own James Morey who has been with us for over 10 years, the Perm Tech team contains some of our top global performers, many of whom we've trained from the ground up. Because of James & his team's consistent success and their collaborative & positive work culture, we're looking to bring on yet another current/future top contract recruiter interested in working amongst some of the best Perm recruiters in the market.
We can offer you:
- Competitive basic salary - starting from £35k

You will:
- Lead from the front with sales calls, client & candidate meetings & arranging and attending networking events across Manchester & the UK to build new and existing client relationships
- Value long-term relationship building with your clients and candidates and will place strong emphasis on that with your team
- Be excited to develop, mentor and coach other consultants from junior level through to senior
- Be open to expanding your team by bringing on both experienced and graduate hires and developing them into billing & profitable consultants

You have:
- At least 1 year or more of 360 Contract recruitment experience in Technology
- A proven track record of success in business development & placements
- The determination and ambition to be one of our global Future Leaders/billers
