A leading specialist brokerage is experiencing significant growth across its international operations and is now looking to strengthen its Accident & Health capability as part of its long-term expansion strategy. This is a key hire within a dynamic and expanding global platform that values expertise, innovation, and independence. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, designing and delivering bespoke A&H insurance programmes that address unique exposures and emerging risks in volatile territories.
You’ll have access to a strong international network of offices and markets, enabling you to deliver high-quality client service and competitive solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international A&H clients, particularly those with exposure to high-risk or conflict regions.
- Design, negotiate, and place A&H solutions and programmes.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure seamless cross-border placements and consistent global service delivery.
- Drive new business development through tenders, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on A&H exposures in complex operating environments.
- Engage with global insurers and underwriters to secure the most suitable coverage and pricing.
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings internationally.
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience in Accident & Health broking or underwriting, ideally with international exposure.
- Strong understanding of A&H products and placements, ideally with knowledge of risks in conflict or high-risk territories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident managing client needs.
