Organisational Design Practice Lead – 6 Month Contract – INSIDE IR35 We are currently partnering with a public sector client who are in the market for an Organisation Design Practice Lead to join the team on an initial 6-month contract. You will be required to support the delivery of the ongoing Transformation plans by aligning structures to the new organisational structure to enhance and optimise service performance across the organisation.
