Position Location: Gravitas Manchester, St Peter's Square (City Centre). Base salary £25,250K + commission increasing with promotions.
Responsibilities
- Source mid‑senior candidates within Insurance, Banking or Technology through cold‑calling, LinkedIn messaging and networking to meet client needs.
- Manage end‑to‑end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries and securing the offer.
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold‑calling and providing market insight, building long‑term relationships.
- Build strong networks within your specialization with Senior Managers, Directors and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities.
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging Gravitas mentorship, support and training to achieve success.
