We are currently supporting an organisation in the search for an M365 Product Owner to take ownership of a highly visible and strategically important Microsoft estate. This is a broad role for someone who can operate at the intersection of product ownership, stakeholder engagement, technical delivery, and digital strategy. You will play a key role in shaping how Microsoft technologies are used across the organisation - defining the roadmap, getting engagement from internal stakeholders, and translating business needs into scalable solutions. The Role

Core Requirements
- Proven experience in product ownership or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of M365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform
- Ability to define strategy, set roadmaps, and prioritise based on business value
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work across technical teams and senior leadership
- Clear communicator, able to translate between business needs and technical solutions
- Solid technical grounding, with the credibility to challenge and guide delivery
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, or automation technologies
- Background in transformation, digital workplace, or automation initiatives
- Ability to influence, coach, and drive adoption across a business
- Interest in emerging Microsoft technologies and innovation
- Experience building momentum for new ideas in complex organisations
