Current team size: x2 Engineers, x1 Data Scientist & x1 ML Engineer
We are working with a SaaS startup company that helps brands actually see whatβs working when they partner with creators. They mix playful audience feedback with campaign data to show how people really respond β giving teams the clarity they need to make smarter decisions next time.
Reporting into the CEO directly, combination of hands on coding alongside managing the team, 50% hands on to start, with the view longer term to be flexible on becoming less if you desire.
Essentials for this role:
- Early stage startup experience e.g. founder engineer, ex founder or part of the journey early on.
- Strong full stack Typescript experience - preferably backend lean.
- At least a few years managing a team.

- Adtech / Martech experience
- Hands on experience with Data & ML
