We’re working with a scaling technology company looking to hire an Engineering Manager to support product engineering teams building modern consumer platforms at scale. This is a hands-off, people and process-focused leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys developing engineers, improving delivery processes, and partnering closely with Product in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing 1–2 engineering squads
  • Leading 1-1s, feedback, appraisals, and career development
  • Working closely with PMs on sprint planning and delivery
  • Helping improve engineering processes as the business scales
  • Supporting agile delivery and team collaboration
