We are currently partnering with a financial services company that is hiring multiple Digital Transformation Executives to play a key role in building and shaping an emerging digital transformation capability within its wider digital function. This is a broad, high-visibility opportunity for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of business change, product thinking, stakeholder engagement, and modern digital delivery. You will join at an exciting stage in the function’s growth, with the chance to help define how digital transformation is embedded across the business and how new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions are adopted at scale.

The Role
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify the current state, and define the right outcomes
- Help manage and develop the pipeline of digital opportunities across the business
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and early concepts to move initiatives forward
- Partner with engineering teams to turn ideas into practical, deliverable solutions
- Drive adoption and enablement so users can make better use of tools and become more self-sufficient
- Support the evolution of frameworks, value tracking, and scalable delivery approaches across the function
Core Requirements
- Experience in digital transformation, product, change, or consulting-style roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to understand business problems and help shape practical solutions
- Product mindset with a focus on outcomes and delivery
- Experience supporting change, adoption, and user enablement
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Power BI, low-code platforms, and AI tools
- Comfortable creating prototypes, testing ideas, and improving processes
- Able to work in a broad role with changing priorities
- Confident working across both business and technical teams
- Experience in a smaller business or consultancy environment
- Experience with communities of practice, champion networks, or training/coaching users
- Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or modern AI-enabled tools
- Experience working closely with software, data, or low-code teams
