I’m representing a large not‑for‑profit that’s investing heavily in Oracle HCM and ERP. They’re looking for a Product‑minded Oracle Lead to own their HCM product, shape the roadmap and lead a small chapter to deliver meaningful outcomes for the business.
This will suit someone operating at a Lead, Head of, or Director level, with extensive experience in Oracle for Finance.
The Opportunity- Act as Product Lead for Oracle HCM, with reach into ERP/EPM as the roadmap evolves
- Own and prioritise the backlog – translate ideas and issues into clear, deliverable work
- Lead and coach a small team (c.2–3) of Oracle specialists
- Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to understand problems, value and impact
- Make trade‑off calls, manage expectations and communicate roadmap and progress
- Ensure delivery is aligned to business outcomes
- Solid experience with Oracle HCM (plus ERP/EPM exposure ideal)
- Background in product management, product ownership, chapter lead or similar roles
- Strong in discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement
- Confident communicator who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Looking for a permanent role with stability, purpose and clear impact
- Salary up to £89,250 + excellent benefits and holidays

- Mostly home-based, very limited travel
