We are partnering with a fast-growing digital consultancy seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of cutting-edge AI, automation, and bespoke digital solutions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, momentum, and delivering real impact.
The Role
- You will manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 3–6 month delivery cycles), ensuring smooth execution from initiation through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across digital, AI, and automation initiatives
- Delivering projects using a hybrid Agile approach (Scrum + traditional PM controls)
- Owning timelines, risks, budgets, and key delivery milestones
- Acting as the key link between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Driving projects forward with clear, decisive, and practical decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong Project Management and Agile delivery background
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Exposure to digital, AI, or automation projects
