You won't be starting from scratch

Our teams have built trusted relationships with hundreds of technology businesses across the UK, creating opportunities to develop Product hiring partnerships within existing accounts while also winning new business

This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, owning a market, and becoming a recognised specialist within their sector

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and growing a specialist Product recruitment desk
• Leveraging existing Gravitas client relationships to identify Product hiring opportunities
• Recruiting across:
  • Product Management
  • Product Design
  • Product Operations
  • Product Strategy
  • Product Leadership
• Building relationships with Founders, CTOs, CPOs, Product Directors and Heads of Product
• Developing long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates
• Becoming a recognised market specialist within the Product space
• Attending networking events, meetups and industry communities
• Expanding existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
• Helping shape the future direction of Gravitas' Product recruitment offering

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in 360 recruitment
• Experience recruiting within Product, Technology, Digital, or a related specialist market
• Strong business development and account growth capability
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A consultative and commercially minded approach
• Passion for networking and building long-term partnerships
• The ambition to own and grow a specialist market
