L&D Manager

Location: Gravitas Manchester office (St Peter\’s Square)

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH (normally Wednesday)

We\’re on the lookout for a Head of Learning & Development who’s ready to take the reins of our award-winning L&D function and elevate it to new heights – across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

L&D Manager – The Opportunity

As Head of L&D, you’ll:

  • Own and evolve the global L&D strategy – with an initial focus on UK and long-term scope across Asia and Europe.
  • Build upon our current consultant programmes and expand our offering into leadership development, exec coaching, and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with our Chief People Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Head of HR on impactful People initiatives – including DEI, wellbeing, and retention.

L&D Manager – What We Are After

Essential:

  • Recruitment industry experience
  • 5+ years experience in L&D/ training position: evidence of developing recruiters from trainee/ graduate level up to leadership and above over a long period of time
  • Experience managing an L&D team or line management experience

Interview Process

  1. Initial call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to go through the above criteria and tell you more about the role / Gravitas
  2. First stage Teams interview with our CPO
  3. Second Stage interview with a Leader from our People Team
  4. Final stage in-person presentation including our CEO and UK Technology Director
