Junior Product Manager is required to join a leading energy tech company. This is a brand new role within the business due to their continued growth and they are looking for someone who is going to grow with the company. They are a tech-focused company and this role will be primarily working on their internal platform which connects to their two mobile apps. This platform is the engine that powers all operations across the business, so you will be working on a high impact, complex product.
You will work directly alongside the senior product manager who will be there to provide mentorship, training and guidance. You must have the ability to work on a complex product, be analytical, inquisitive and work in a fast-paced environment. There will be a multitude of stakeholders this role will be frequently speaking to.
The position can pay up to £50,000 per annum and requires two days a week working from the London office.
Requirements:- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
- Ideally commercial experience in a Product Manager role although the company are open to people who want to transition into a product management role for the first time
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech scale-up would be beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of agile product development and how a tech company operates
